What To Include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The app version, if available.
• A short description of the issue.
• Whether the issue is about reminders, calculations, subscriptions, account deletion, or app data.

Subscriptions

If your issue is about a subscription, include whether you are testing in TestFlight or using the App Store version. Do not send payment card details. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal settings through your Apple ID.

Safety

DoseMap support cannot answer medical questions, confirm dosing, interpret symptoms, or provide treatment guidance. For medical questions, contact a licensed medical professional. For urgent symptoms, contact emergency services immediately.

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions or local data reset help, email the same support address. The app also includes local reset and account deletion flows in Settings.
