Use Of The App
You may use DoseMap to organize information that you enter, including schedules, logs, reminders, symptoms, and general tracking notes. You are responsible for checking all information before relying on it.
No Medical Advice
DoseMap does not replace a licensed clinician, pharmacist, prescription label, treatment plan, or emergency service. Always follow guidance from qualified medical professionals. If symptoms are severe, unusual, worsening, or urgent, contact emergency services or a licensed medical professional immediately.
Calculators And Reminders
Any calculator, dose estimate, schedule, or reminder in the app is for organization only. You must independently verify all values, units, timing, and medication information with a qualified professional before making any health decision.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use DoseMap to diagnose, treat, prescribe, sell medication, source medication, or provide medical instructions to another person. You are responsible for your own entries and for keeping your device secure.
Subscriptions
DoseMap may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to your Apple ID settings and Apple's terms.
Data Loss
DoseMap stores tracker data locally on your device. Resetting data, deleting the app, replacing a device, or device failure may remove local information. Keep separate records for anything important.
Availability
The app may change, pause, or stop offering features at any time. We do not guarantee that reminders, calculations, exports, subscriptions, or other features will always be available or error-free.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DoseMap is provided as-is and without warranties. We are not liable for decisions, losses, injuries, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on information entered into the app.
