About StrideBloom

StrideBloom is a walking habit and wellness app that helps users set gentle walking goals, track progress, receive reminders, and stay motivated through rewards and supportive app experiences.

Not medical advice

StrideBloom is not a medical app, medical device, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, or health risk.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use StrideBloom only for lawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

StrideBloom may offer paid subscriptions. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion inside the app or by emailing stridebloomsupport@gmail.com. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use StrideBloom in a way that violates laws or regulations.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its services.
• Upload or send harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content.

App availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of StrideBloom at any time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

StrideBloom, including its name, design, artwork, copy, features, and app content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or distribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

StrideBloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of StrideBloom.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of StrideBloom after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
